Personal Feedbacks of a new MOT

Every MOT may not remember to ask about all the standard rules and regulations as there are too many to be told one by one, it is advisable to state it all in black and white before each one commit the mistake during the on job training. We need to know where is the danger to prevent ourselves get hurt. Sometimes in the store, there maybe many misunderstandings because we are new and do not know our positioning well as we may be confuse halfway through our training. Just as the recent cases that I personally have faced, heard or experienced; I really feel that sometimes if we (new MOTs) are confident and know ourselves of where and what we are at and standing, we won’t do such silly mistakes. Mixed feelings will make us as a human to be confused. Sometimes it is not about calculating hours because we are slow as we each understand that as we change to a new beginning, we will take a little longer time to finish practicing our newly learned stuff. But when helping up the store as a RA and get lectured by both side, do you think that it is positive? This is proven true that we all cannot see of our very own flaws and even if we saw, we will take that as an excuses. Human is imperfect and unique in their own creative ways and feels differently too when they think too much. The “homework” makes me learn and also make me think back on the “lecture day” itself. In some ways the higher authority are giving me a guide, in the other they are giving indirect hints of “giving it up” myself. Seeing things in 2 sides and think too much is seriously letting me feels irritated many times. I hope that the higher authority also reflect the program and know why and how and what went wrong in the middle. Yes, always blame on myself first before heading to point others, maybe I am not suitable as a BIC at all. But I still want to try.
